1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Online Digital Service, an unregistered sole proprietorship owned by Mominul Islam ("we", "us", "our"), handles personal data when you use https://onlinedigitalservice.xyz and its user dashboard (the "Platform").
We process personal data in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using the Platform you consent to the processing described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name or shop name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
- Service details and documents: the information and files you enter or upload to place an order, which may include identity documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN or Voter ID copies), photographs, date of birth and address. We ask only for what the chosen service needs.
- Support messages: details you share when you raise a support ticket or contact us.
Information created when you use the Platform
- Payment records: when you add money through Razorpay we receive the payment ID, order ID, amount and status. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials; these are handled directly by Razorpay.
- Order and wallet records: orders placed, services used, wallet top-ups and deductions.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and security logs used to protect accounts and prevent fraud.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, including sending OTPs to verify your mobile number.
- To process and deliver the services you order, and to contact you about missing or unclear documents.
- To process wallet top-ups, deductions and refunds.
- To respond to support requests and complaints.
- To detect and prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use your documents for advertising.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal data only when needed, and only with:
- Razorpay Software Private Limited, to process payments and refunds;
- SMS / communication providers, to deliver OTPs and service notifications;
- Hosting and cloud providers that store our website and data securely on our behalf;
- Government portals or authorities, only to the extent required to complete a service you have specifically requested;
- Law enforcement, courts or regulators, when required by law or to protect our rights and users against fraud.
5. How we protect your information
- The Platform is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption).
- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.
- Uploaded documents are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and are opened only through short-lived, access-controlled links.
- Access to customer documents is limited to authorised personnel who need it to process your order.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your data as required under Indian law.
6. How long we keep information
- Account details are kept while your account is active.
- Uploaded documents are kept only for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any related query or dispute, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier once the order is complete.
- Payment and transaction records are kept for the period required under applicable tax and accounting laws.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential browser storage (such as local storage and session storage) to keep you logged in and to make pages load faster. We do not use these for advertising. Clearing your browser storage will log you out.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data (most account details can be updated from your profile);
- ask us to erase your data and documents when they are no longer needed for the purpose they were collected, or withdraw your consent (this may mean we can no longer provide some services);
- raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and, if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children
The Platform is meant for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Documents relating to a minor may be submitted only by their parent or lawful guardian.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
